Important notice

If you are a new business or taking a business premises for the first time the council may require you to submit a business plan prior to completion of a lease. The business plan would need to explain in detail:

• Why the proposed business will be viable;
• Give relevant experience in the running of the proposed business;
• Full details of your funding and financing arrangements;
• Give cash-flow projections dealing with anticipated first year activity.
