Private Sector Housing Stock Condition Survey

This survey was undertaken on behalf of the council by cpc (Capital Project Consultancy Ltd) in Autumn 2008 and the report has recently been completed. The survey incorporated owner occupied, private rented and registered social landlord properties, excluding the council's own stock which is managed by Golden Gates Housing.

The results of the stock condition survey will be used to inform the proposed review of the Housing Renewals Policy 2003.
