Children and Young People's Plan
The Children and Young People's Plan for 2009-11 has been developed by Warrington's Children and Young People's Trust following consultation with professionals, partners, parents/carers, children and young people.
In the long term the focus of the plan is to:
- Eradicate child poverty
- Narrow the gap (ensuring that all children and young people have the opportunity to have good health, education and the potential to get employment regardless of where they live, their family background or their ability)
- Raise aspirations/promote success.
In June 2010, The Children and Young People's Trust undertook a Review of it's progress against the Plan and identified the successes and a number of further actions for the upcoming year in order to fulfill their committments to the children and young people of Warrington.
