The council has the following land available for rent by way of a tender:

Land to the side of 17 Winwick Street, Warrington, WA1 1XR

If you are interested in letting the above land, please print off and complete the tender document.pdf.  The deadline for returning the form is 12 noon Friday 21 October 2011.

Important notice

If you are a new business or taking a business premise for the first time, the council may require you to submit a business plan prior to completion of a lease. The business plan would need to explain in detail:

• why the proposed business will be viable
• give relevant experience in the running of the proposed business
• full details of your funding and financing arrangements
• give cash-flow projections dealing with anticipated first year activity.
