If you are a residential tenant of the council (live in a council house or flat), please visit the housing repairs section of the Golden Gates Housing Trust website.
If you are a commercial tenant of the council, you can report items of disrepair by contacting property services, Mon–Fri between 9am-5pm on 01925 442854 or complete the form below (this includes any common areas under lease for which the council is responsible).
Please note that as a commercial tenant you may be responsible for repairs to the building and you should first check your responsibilities under your lease before making contact. If you are responsible for the repair you will be expected to make your own arrangements to make good the disrepair.
Please note that the council is unable to recommend contractors.
When completing the form below please remember to include your name, address and daytime telephone number so that we may contact you and confirm the details of the repair you are reporting. Please give us as much information as you can about the repair.
Remember, emergency repairs should NOT be reported by email.
