Important notice
If you are a new business or taking a business premises for the first time, the council may require you to submit a business plan prior to completion of a lease. The business plan would need to explain in detail:
- why the proposed business will be viable
- give relevant experience in the running of the proposed business
- full details of your funding and financing arrangements
- give cash-flow projections dealing with anticipated first year activity.
