Parent Partnership Warrington & Halton (PPS) is a statutory service that helps parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs.

PPS is based in Warrington, but offers support to parents and carers living in both boroughs.

PPS is run at ‘arms length’ from the local authority and the services provided are confidential and impartial.
