Family support model - a guide for young people

What is it?
There are about 45,000 children and young people living in Warrington and we know that you're all different and have different problems.

The family support model is our way of working with you to change our services in order to support you better.

What will it do?
With your say, workers from across Warrington will help you or you and your family to talk about the problems and help make things better.  By talking to you to see what you think is going well and what could be better, workers can offer support to help you reach your full potential.

Just ask anyone who offers services to young people to find out more.

This new way or working will help you...

  • Be healthy
  • Stay safe
  • Enjoy and achieve
  • Make a positive contribution
  • Achieve economic wellbeing
