The strategic housing service is primarily concerned with ensuring that all ofWarrington’s residents have access to decent quality and affordable housing. This involves comprehensive assessment of the local housing situation, the co-ordination of services to meet needs and demands, and monitoring and enforcement activities.

- S.106 negotiations with private house-builders

Reducing disadvantage and preventing discrimination
