Warrington Borough Council has taken up the government’s challenge to end rough sleeping by the end of 2012 as part of the No Second Night Out project. The council’s housing options service is asking members of the public to help them identify where and when people are sleeping rough, so that help can be offered to them.
The project aims to put an end to rough sleeping in parks, on wasteland and in empty buildings by assisting those people who are out on the streets into accommodation and offer them the support they need.
Please help us to change people’s lives. If you believe that someone is sleeping rough, please contact us on 07768 605020.
Information will be dealt with confidentially.
