One Warrington: One Future Local Transport Plan (LTP)
Warrington’s third Local Transport Plan (LTP3) was formally approved by Full Council on 28 March 2011 and replaces all previous local transport plans for the borough.
LTP3 covers the period 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2030 and sets out the Council’s transport strategy, policies and spending priorities. LTP3 has been developed in accordance with the Department for Transport’s (DfT) Local Transport Plan Guidance (July 2009) and has undergone consultation with the public, stakeholders and elected members.
LTP3 is split into two documents:
The LTP3 Strategy document together with Annexe A and Annex B form Warrington’s third Local Transport Plan (LTP3).
